Orders & account
How do I place an order?
Online ordering and payment are coming soon. Until then, call or WhatsApp us on +91 62631 52953, or send us your selected products with the “Email my cart” button on the cart page.
Do I need an account to order online?
You need to log in or create an account to confirm an online order. Browsing, the cart and the wishlist work without logging in. Orders by phone or WhatsApp don't need an account.
How can I check my order status?
Call or WhatsApp us on +91 62631 52953 for an update on any order. Once online ordering is live, order status will also appear under “My orders” in “My account”.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
Yes. Call, WhatsApp or email us with your requirement, quantity and timeline — we will send you a quotation.
Customised stationery & gifts
What can be customised?
Diaries, notebooks, office stationery, corporate gifts, acrylic mementos, certificates and merchandise — with a name, photo or logo.
Which diary sizes are available?
Customised diaries are made in A4 and A5 sizes. Please talk to us about any other requirement.
How do I send my cover design?
On a personalisable product's page, choose a file under “Upload Front Cover”; the back cover is optional. JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF files are accepted. You can also send your design by WhatsApp or email.
I don't have a design ready — what can I do?
Tell us what you need — name, colours, text, layout — and we will help with the design.
Will I see the design before printing?
Yes. We send a design proof for your approval before printing.
Books & publishing
I want to publish my book — how do I start?

What do your publishing services include?
Book publishing, editing and proofreading, cover design, typesetting, paperback and hardcover books, ISBN assistance and author support. We agree which services suit your book when we talk.
Do you help with an ISBN?
Yes, ISBN assistance is part of our publishing services. Contact us for details.
Which formats are available?
We publish paperback and hardcover books. Please contact us to confirm the formats available for a particular title.
Delivery, payment & returns
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product, personalisation and your location. Contact us for an estimate for your order, and see the Shipping Policy.
How do I pay?
Online payment is coming soon. Until then, please contact us directly for payment details. An online payment is only treated as successful after verification by the payment provider.
Can personalised products be returned?
